Carrot Cake Recipe Gluten Free


A very easy carrot cake recipe without gluten!

 Ingredients


200grams or 17 spoons of sugar

200cc or 13 and 1/2 spoons of vegetable oil

1 tea spoon of ground cinnamon

200grams or 17 spoons of gluten free flour

1 pinch ground nutmeg

2 eggs

1 tea spoon of baking powder

200grams or 17 spoons of grated carrot


Instructions

Mix and wisk the wet ingredients (that is to say, the eggs, the sugar and the oil) until well combined.

Season: When you have all mixed and the sugar is well dissolved, add cinnamon and nutmeg. You can also add vanilla and/or lemon zest.

Mix in the grated carrot and wisk everything for a minute or two.

Now, add the dry ingredients (the flour and the baking soda), and wisk again.

Bake at 160°C (320F) for 40 minutes.

And it's done!
